基于随机森林模型的林化工业原料类树种潜在分布研究——以油桐为例

摘要
基于第九次国家森林资源连续清查数据,提取全国林化工业原料类树种油桐的记录分布点,通过收集和整理大量的地理、气候和环境数据,利用随机森林模型分析林化工业原料类树种油桐的潜在分布情况,并分析影响油桐潜在分布的关键因素.研究结果表明:温度和降水对油桐的潜在分布具有重要影响;通过绘制油桐的潜在分布图,发现了一些潜在的适宜生境区域.研究结果为林化工业原料类树种的资源保护、引种栽培、管理和可持续利用提供了重要的科学依据,对制定适应气候变化的林业策略和保护措施具有重要指导意义,同时也为其他树种的潜在分布研究方法提供了参考.
Abstract
Based on the data of the ninth China National Forest Inventory(NFI),this paper extracted the recorded distribution sites of Vernicia fordii,the chemical industry raw material species,and analyzed the potential distribution in China by collecting and sorting out a large number of geographical,climatic and environmental data.The research results showed that temperature and precipitation had important influences on the potential distribution of Vernicia fordii.We drew the potential distribution map of Vernicia fordii in China and found some potential suitable habitats.The research results provide animportant scientific basis for the resource protection,introduction and cultivation,management,and sustainable utilization of tree species of forest chemical industrial raw materials,and have important guiding significance for formulating forestry strategies and protection measures to adapt to climate change,and also provide a method reference for the potential distribution research of other tree species.
