Study on the medication rule of Tibetan medical catharsis therapy based on data mining
To provide theoretical basis for clinical rational drug use and new drug research and development of Tibetan medicine purgative prescription,the ancient books and literatures about Tibetan medicine purgative prescription in the past dynasties in the Collection of Tibetan Medicine Classic Literature were collected;A total of 92 ancient books and literatures related to Tibetan medicine cathartic prescriptions and 356 Tibetan medicine cathartic prescriptions were collected.SPPS Modeler 18 software analysis method was used to sort out and analyze them.The results showed that the top 10 drugs used most frequently among the 356 first Tibetan medicine cathartic prescriptions were crotonic,big fruit spurge,sal ammoniac,rhubarb,urushi resin,piper,blister beetle,gansu qdu ji.Secondly,using the association rule analysis method of Apriori algorithm,94 commonly used pairs of Tibetan medicine prescription were found under the conditions of 5%support and 15%confidence.The white wolf poison-long myrobalan,white wolf,poison-crotonic,long myrobalan-crotonic,white wolf poison-big fruit spurge,white wolf poison-paint resin,crotonic-big fruit spurge,long myrobalan-big fruit spurge,long myrobalan-rhubarb is Tibetan xie hong 2399 medicine to the most commonly used drug combinations.Among the 356 Tibetan medicine purgative prescriptions,the most frequently used drugs and the core drug pair with the strongest correlation are mainly the toxic drugs such as crotonic,big fruit spurge,sal ammoniac,rhubarb.However,Tibetan medicine has very strict drug application conditions for these toxic drugs in clinical practice,and they must go through professional Tibetan medicine processing technology before they can be taken into medicine.At the same time,improving their clinical experience,ensuring the quality of cathartic drugs,clarifying the processing principle of cathartic drugs,and mastering the specific operation methods of cathartic therapy are the prerequisite and necessary conditions for rational clinical application of Tibetan medicine cathartic therapy.
