高导热储热材料对高功率密度永磁电机温升的影响

如何降低电机温升是电机设计中一个至关重要的问题.将绝缘漆与高导热材料、储热材料、固化材料通过一定工艺制备成高导热储热材料,填充在样机绕组端部与外壳的间隙处,并对其进行了温度场分析与温升实验.结果表明:利用储热材料吸收热量的特性与高导热材料的高导热率可有效降低电机温升10.2℃,电机功率提高了9.8%,高导热储热材料能有效提高电机的性能.
Effect of high thermal conductivity and heat storage materials on the temperature rise of high power density permanent magnet motors
How to reduce the temperature rise of motors is an urgent problem in motor design.The insulating varnish,high thermal conductivity material,heat storage material,and curing material are prepared into the high thermal conductivity heat storage material through a certain process.Then it is filled in the gap between the winding end of the prototype and the shell.The temperature field analysis and temperature rise experiment are performed on it.The results prove that the use of heat storage materials to absorb heat and the optimization of high thermal conductivity materials can reduce the temperature rise of the motor by 10.2℃,the motor power increased by 9.8%,and the high thermal conductivity heat storage materials can effectively improve the performance of the motor.
