Two-phase variable frequency control strategy of three-phase motor mixed with thyristor and IGBT
IGBT is mostly used as power electronic device in the existing three phase AC/DC converter circuit. In order to further reduce the cost of low-voltage high-capacity converter equipment and reduce the use of IGBT,a three-phase motor two-phase converter circuit structure with thyristor and IGBT and a four switch eight voltage vector direct torque control strategy are proposed.Firstly, the two-phase frequency conversion circuit structure of three-phase motor with IGBT assisted thyristor switching is analyzed, and the instantaneous circuit working principle under different switching states is analyzed. The eight voltage vector generation method under three-phase four switch topology is given.Secondly, the four switch eight vector asynchronous motor direct torque control strategy is proposed, and the sector division, voltage vector selection and voltage vector volt second generation principle are given,Finally, the correctness and feasibility of the proposed strategy are verified by simulation experiments. The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the circuit structure and control method.
