The mechanism and realization path of big data pilot zone construction for promoting green development of economy
The digital economy is a new driving force for economic structural transformation and green development of economy.Based on the panel data of 271 cities at or above the prefecture level in China,this paper empirically tests the impact of the construction of big data pilot zone on green development of economy by using EBM model and difference-difference model.The results show that:(1)The construction of big data pilot zone has significantly promoted the green development of economy,which is still significant after a series of robustness tests;(2)The mechanism test shows that regional innovation level and industrial synergistic agglomeration play a mediating effect in the main regression;(3)Heterogeneity analysis shows that the boosting effect of big data pilot zone construction on green development of economy is different in regions with different geographical location,human capital level and urbanization level.Through the analysis of the mechanism of the big data pilot zone construction for promoting the green development of economy,this paper put forward to improve the construction of digital infrastructure in the western region,increase the investment of scientific research and other countermeasures and suggestions,hoping to provide certain reference for the current research.
