Simulation study of electrophysiological characteristics of sinus node by fibrosis

基于人体窦房结细胞数据和成纤维细胞数据建立了强耦合的窦房结细胞-成纤维细胞的电生理仿真平台.应用该仿真平台对不同纤维化程度下离子通道的开放程度发生的变化进行了仿真实验,揭示了窦房结纤维化的相关机制,进一步证明了是钙钟特异性改变而导致窦房结的病理性纤维化,并且为窦房结细胞起搏机制中钙钟理论提供了有力支撑.
A strongly coupled electrophysiological simulation platform of sinoatrial node cells-fibroblasts is established by using the published electrophysiological data of sinoatrial node cells and fibroblasts.The simulation platform is used to conduct simulation experiments on the changes in the opening degree of ion channel under different levels of fibrosis,revealing the mechanism of sinoatrial node fibrosis.It is further proved that the calcium clock specificity change causes the sinoatrial node pathological fibrosis,which provides good support for the sinoatrial node pacemaker cells mechanism of calcium clock theory.
