Under the background of Chinese modernization and rural revitalization strategy,it is inevitable to promote the comprehensive rule of law in rural areas.Rural ecological revitalization is an important part of rural revitalization,and it is also in accordance with Xi Jiping's the idea of ecological civilization.The promotion of ru-ral ecological revitalization in China has deep ideological origin and theoretical basis,but it needs the guarantee of the rule of law.At present,in terms of rural ecological environment,there are problems such as incomplete eco-logical legislation,vague law enforcement powers and responsibilities,insufficient judicial activism,and lax su-pervision system.Therefore,in the future,it is necessary to improve the legislative system of rural ecological revi-talization by strengthening the consciousness of the rule of law,implementing the rule of law action,deepening the responsibility of the rule of law,and enhancing the concept of the rule of law,strictly standardize the law en-forcement of rural ecological revitalization,and give play to the judicial activism of rural ecological revitalization to inject new momentum into rural ecological revitalization and provide legal protection.
