高等教育普及化背景下粤台高校交流合作探究

不同国家和地区高等教育进入普及化阶段有先后,一定程度上反映了社会经济发展和产业结构调整对高等教育发展与人力资源的迫切需求.运用文献法和比较法研究粤台高校交流合作.首先,分析了高等教育普及化阶段具有普遍性的教育理念和教育特征,揭示了粤台高等教育普及化阶段的发展现状;其次,把握国家对台政策、粤港澳大湾区建设等比较优势助力粤台高校交流合作;最后,推进粤台高校交流合作的发展愿景,着重从粤台高校的平台基地建设、师资队伍交流合作、教育教学管理工作和产教融合等方面研究高等教育发展对策,着眼未来,为粤台两地发展做出积极贡献.
Research on the Exchange and Cooperation of Universities in Guangdong and Taiwan under the Background of Popularization of Higher Education
Different countries and regions have successively entered the popularization stage of higher educa-tion,which reflects the urgent demand of higher education development and human resources for social and eco-nomic development and industrial structure adjustment to a certain extent.This paper studies the exchange and co-operation between universities in Guangdong and Taiwan by using the literature method and the comparative method.Firstly,this paper analyzes the universal educational concept and characteristics of higher education pop-ularization stage,and reveals the development status of higher education popularization stage in Guangdong and Taiwan.Secondly,we should grasp the comparative advantages of the national policy towards Taiwan and the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to facilitate the exchanges and cooperation between Guangdong and Taiwan universities.Finally,the paper promotes the development vision of exchanges and cooperation between Guangdong and Taiwan universities,focuses on the development countermeasures of higher education from the aspects of platform base construction,teacher team exchange and cooperation,educa-tion and teaching management and integration of industry and education of Guangdong and Taiwan universities,focuses on the future,and makes positive contributions to the development of Guangdong and Taiwan.
