Study on the Influence of Courses Evaluation on Learning Engagement and Teacher's Career Identity of Publicly-funded Normal Students:Taking the primary education major in Zhaoqing University as an example
The learning engagement,courses satisfaction and the teacher's career identity of the public funded oriented normal students are the key factors that affect the public funded education policy.This paper investigates the mediating effect of curriculum evaluation on learning engagement and teacher's career identity of public fund-ed primary education students in Zhaoqing University.The research shows that the courses satisfaction has a sig-nificant impact on the learning engagement and career identity of the public funded normal students,and the inter-mediary influence is related to the grade and courses.The research suggests that we should adjust the proportion of theoretical courses and practical courses,increase the practical operation link in theoretical courses appropriate-ly,strengthen the teacher's career cognition education of freshmen and sophomores.Vocational identity education adopts different strategies for different grades.
