摘要

试验采用正交试验法提取水翁叶黄酮,并测定分析水翁叶黄酮的抗氧化活性.结果表明:水翁叶黄酮提取的最佳工艺为:乙醇浓度40%,料液比1:45 g/mL,浸提时间40 min,得出水翁叶黄酮的提取率为5.24%.抗氧化活性检测表明:在一定质量浓度范围内,随着水翁叶黄酮提取液浓度增加,抗氧化能力逐渐增强,总还原能力及对DPPH自由基的清除力与维生素C(缩写Vc)相当.对亚硝酸根离子和羟自由基的清除率相比Vc稍微弱些.

Abstract

In this experiment,the orthogonal test was used to extract the flavonoid from the leaves of Cleisto-calyx operculatus and the antioxidant activity of the flavonoids from the leaves was determined.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows:ethanol concentration of 40%,solid-liquid ratio 1:45(g/mL),extraction time 40 minutes,and the extraction rate of flavonoids was 5.24%.The antioxidant activity test showed that in a certain range of concentration,the antioxidant activity increased with the increase of the con-centration of flavone extract,and the total reductive activity and DPPH scavenging activity were similar to Vc.Scavenging of nitrite and hydroxyl radicals is slightly weaker than Vc.
