摘要
职业素养对技术技能型人才提高就业竞争力和可持续发展具有十分重要的作用.基于广东亚视演艺职业学院的办学实践和专业特点,运用相关理论并借鉴不同学校的理论研究和实践探索成果,尝试构建基于职业素养的"1+4"人才培养体系,以实现其满足"四个满意"的高素质技术技能型人才培养目标.
Abstract
Professional quality plays a very important role in improving employment competitiveness and sus-tainable development of technical talents.Based on the school-running practice and professional characteristics of Guangdong ATV Performing Arts Vocational College,this paper tries to construct a"1+4"talent training sys-tem based on professional literacy by using relevant theories and learning from the theoretical research and practi-cal exploration results of different schools,so as to achieve its training goal of high-quality technical talents to meet the"four satisfactions".
