摘要
通过建构粤港澳大湾区老年大学高质量发展的分析框架,以示范校建设视角切入,研究发现,粤港澳大湾区老年教育存在建设参差不齐、区域发展不平衡、缺乏有效的资源共享等问题.研究在基于内涵建设的示范校建设的基础上,建构粤港澳大湾区老年大学共建共享体系及运行机制,尝试打破粤港澳大湾区11个城市老年教育的发展壁垒,以期驱动粤港澳大湾区老年大学高质量发展.
Abstract
We built an analysis framework for the high-quality development path of universities for the elder-ly in the Greater Bay Area.From the perspective of model school construction using such a framework,we dis-covered that there existed several issues in the elderly education in the Greater Bay Area:incomplete infrastruc-tures,unbalanced regional development,lack of effective resource sharing,etc.On the basis of forming connota-tion for model school construction,we formulated the sharing and the operating mechanisms between universities for the elderly.This aims to eliminate the barriers among the elderly educations of the 11 cities in the Greater Bay Area,and thus to boost the high-quality development of universities for the elderly in this region.
