地方高校学报社会服务效能探颐——期刊指标分析视角

当下,普通地方高校学报面临同质化等办刊危机,积极寻求办报出路是受关注的话题.目前已有研究中对地方高校学报进行量化性分析的个案不足,本研究以《肇庆学院学报》为案例,对学报近十年中与服务地方相关的论文发稿情况进行相关指标统计与分析,检视学报是否与本校应用型的办学宗旨紧密契合,即学报刊发的论文中体现本校服务地方产业需求、培养地方需求的应用型人才的科研成果比例是否充分.针对存在问题,提出地方高校学报如何进一步服务本校办学宗旨和办学定位,从而构建符合自身特色的可持续发展之路.
A Probe into the Social Service Effectiveness of Local University Journals:A perspective of periodical indicators
At present,ordinary local university journals are facing the crisis of running business such as ho-mogenization,and actively seeking ways to run a period is a topic of concern.At present,there are insufficient cases of quantitative analysis of local university journals in existing researches.This study takes Journal of Zhaoq-ing University as a case to conduct statistics and analysis on relevant indicators of the papers published by the journal in the past ten years related to local services,so as to check whether the journal is closely aligned with the application-oriented educational purpose.That is,whether the proportion of scientific research achievements in the papers published in the journal reflects the university's service of local industries needs and the cultivation of application-oriented talents in meeting local needs is sufficient.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward measures of how the local university journal further serves the educational purpose and orientation,so as to build a sustainable development way in line with its own characteristics.
