Research on Internal Governance and Countermeasures in Universities:Analysis from the perspective of governance subjects
In the current context of great power competition,the quality of education in universities is of great significance for the implementation of the strategy of building a strong country.However,from the perspec-tive of governance entities,the limited effectiveness of teacher participation and the imbalance in the distribution of power between horizontal and vertical entities are two major issues in internal governance practices.This arti-cle,after analyzing the governance entities,believes that the reasons for the problems lie in the marketization of interest linkage and the difficulty in implementing governance power.It is recommended that universities solve problems through the two-way flow of full-time teachers and administrative personnel,smooth participation in governance channels,and improved decision-making mechanisms of committees.
