Research on High Quality Operation of Local Colleges for Post Internship Based on Collaborative Management
High-quality development is a new proposition that higher education in the new era must face."On-the-job internships"has promoted the organic connection of local undergraduate education chains,talent chains,industry chains,and innovation chains.In practice,there are vulnerabilities in the operation mechanism of on-the-job internships in local undergraduate colleges,chaotic comprehensive process,virtualized management of on-the-job internships,unclear public value,and difficulty to balance the common interests among the sub-jects.Based on the theory of synergy,the functional system of the subjects of on-the-job internships is clarified,the collaborative value creation among the participating subjects of on-the-job internships is explored,and a high-quality on-the-job internship operation mode is constructed.To achieve high-quality operation of on-the-job in-ternships,it is necessary to establish a systematic curriculum task system during the on-the-job internship period,continuously optimize internship guidance content and processes,establish a sound assessment system,and strengthen subsequent evaluations of effectiveness.
