According to the principles of CIS brand planning and design,the problems of constructing brand journals exist in the ambiguity of brand concept,the irrationality of the column structure,the inefficiency of the brand purpose and the unsustainability of the brand construction.Based on the principles of CIS,the constructing strategies are put forward based on CIS.A veritable editorial board team should be organized to put forward the long-term the journal brand MI.A reasonable editorial team should be built to establish a journal brand BI with a healthy and harmonious academic journal culture.The quality of journal editing and layout design with multi-modal publishing should be enhanced to rebuild the brand VI.
