Emerging Risks,Legal Regulation and Collaborative Governance of Academic Journal Publishing in the AIGC Era
While artificial intelligence-generated content(AIGC)has greatly improved the efficiency of con-tent production and academic research,it has also given rise to various emerging risks in academic journal pub-lishing.China's current legislation in the field of data and intellectual property and new legal documents in the field of AI still have a certain lag in dealing with AIGC upgrade risks such as academic fraud,copyright disputes,and privacy leaks.The specialized legislative system for AI needs to be improved urgently.In the absence of rea-sonable and effective legal regulations,the technological autonomy of AI companies and the industry supervision of academic journal publishing have become effective weapons to prevent risks.In the future where big data and AI technology develop rapidly,only by making full use of the collaborative governance model of legal regulation,technical autonomy,and industry supervision can we ensure responsible innovation of AI and promote the healthy and orderly development of the academic journal publishing industry.
