A Study on the Dissemination and Development of Lingnan Music Culture in Malaysia from the Regional and National Perspective
Since the Ming Dynasty,Lingnan culture has maintained a profound connection with Southeast Asian culture,particularly the local Chinese culture. As an essential component of traditional Chinese music,Lingnan music not only embodies profound cultural connotations but also integrates the quintessence of both Chinese and Western music cultures. Through methods such as historical investigation and case analysis,this paper sorts out the process and social value of the dissemination and development of Lingnan music culture in Malaysia,and conducts an in-depth exploration of the issues and solutions regarding its dissemination and development in the multicultural ecosystem of Malaysia. It is hoped that the research in this paper can offer a new perspective and theoretical support for the cultural exchange and mutual learning between China and Malaysia.
