The Enlightenment of Marx's View of Career Choice to the Education of Normal College Students' View of Career:Cold thinking based on the phenomenon of"Normal School Fever"
In recent years,under the influence of a series of national teacher-training policies and other realis-tic factors,"Normal School Fever"continues to heat up. There is no denying that today's"Normal School Fever"has a certain utilitarian and blind tendency to follow the trend,and the phenomenon of uneven hot and cold and local cold has appeared. On the issue of career choice for young people,Marx argued that people should base on the unity of human happiness and self-improvement,should listen to the true voice of the self,and also base on a full understanding of their own conditions. Based on Marx's view of career choice and the reality of "Normal School Fever",the education of vocational concept of normal college students should be promoted from the as-pects of college entrance examination publicity,freshman entrance education,education and teaching quality im-provement,and campus culture construction,so that the"Normal School Fever"has got the realistic"hot".
