Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of New Farmer Team Construction:A survey based on Zhaoqing City
President Xi Jinping has emphasized that"Talent revitalization is the basis of rural revitalization". New farmers have played a leading role in the process of rural revitalization. In order to comprehensively under-stand the development status,problems and difficulties of the new farmers,700 new farmers,villagers and town and village cadres in Zhaoqing were surveyed by questionnaire,and 64 people were selected for interview. The survey reveals the small number of new farmers and production scale,prominent problem of"no land available"in the development,insufficient precise support and personalized policies,low level of industrial scale,imperfect industrial chain,the shortage of rural labor resources,the lack of rural public resources and other problems. To solve the problems,the following countermeasures are put forward:First,the planning,guidance and demonstra-tion of the construction of new farmers' team should be strengthened;Second,the "market demand force" is to promote industrial scale;The third is to make up for the shortcomings of the industrial chain with the"govern-ment regulation force";The fourth is to optimize the development environment of new farmers by "reform and opening up";Fifth,we should solve the problem of land use difficulties with exploration and innovation.
