摘要

基于传播学中的公众认知特征,公众参观科技馆展品时的认知可以分为注意过程、感知过程、记忆过程、思考过程以及情感塑造过程.对应公众认知过程的心理特征,科技馆通常通过强化感官刺激、强化公众自主探究和深化科技人文内涵等方式设计展品.广西科技馆在展品创新中尝试了三个方面的实践:一是增加刺激强度聚焦公众注意力,二是获取直接经验调动公众记忆和思维,三是弘扬科学精神引发公众情绪共鸣,取得良好效果.

Abstract

This study explores the practice and reflection on the innovation of exhibits in science and technology museums based on the cognitive characteristics of the public in communication studies.It analyzes the cognitive process of the public when visiting exhibits in science and technology museums,which includes the attention process,perception process,memory process,thinking process,and emotional formation process.According to the psychological characteristics of the public's cognitive process,science and technology museums usually design exhibits by enhancing sensory stimulation,encouraging independent exploration by the public,and deepening the connotation of science and technology.The Guangxi Science and Technology Museum has experimented with three aspects of exhibit innovation and achieved positive results:first,increasing stimulus intensity to focus public attention;second,obtaining direct experience to mobilize public memory and thinking;third,promoting scientific spirit to stimulate public emotional resonance.
