摘要
科学技术类博物馆通过构建一个适合自身发展的研发创新体系,能够有效提升其创新能力,实现高质量发展.研发创新体系由创新内生动力系统、创新资源组织系统、创新体系开放系统、创新成果反馈系统组成.这四个子系统相互影响、相互支撑,不断在体系内部发生作用并与体系外部交换能量,使研发创新体系的运作形成正螺旋,从而推动博物馆研发创新能力的提升.
Abstract
Science and technology museums can effectively enhance the capability of research and development(R&D)innovation by building a suitable system with its own characteristics.The R&D innovation system consists of the internal power subsystem,the resource organization subsystem,open the innovation subsystem and the profit feedback subsystem.The four subsystems interact and support each other,constantly interact within the system and exchange energy with the outside,forming a positive spiral during the operation of the R&D innovation system,thereby improving the R&D innovation capability of museums.
