展览评估是博物馆观众研究领域的一个重要分支,其本质是利益相关者对展览某些方面的价值判断.作为价值判断的依据和标准,展览评估指标体系对推广评估意义重大.本文通过分析整理国内外44 种评估体系的发展历程和类型发现,展览评估指标体系不仅是社会需求、学术传统和博物馆发展阶段的产物,而且在实践应用中受到特定评估目的和视角的影响,从不同的维度回答"是否为一个好展览"的问题.本文结合 21 世纪的时代需求和博物馆现状指出现有研究存在的问题,继而对我国展览评估指标体系的优化提出建议.
Abstract
Exhibition evaluation is an important branch of visitor study,which is essentially value judgements made by stakeholders on certain aspects of an exhibition.As a standard of value judgement,exhibition evaluation index system is of great significance in promoting evaluation.This paper analyzes the development and 44 types of evaluation index systems at home and abroad.It is found that these exhibition evaluation index systems are not only influenced by social needs,academic traditions and the stages of museum development,but also influenced by specific purposes and perspectives in practical application.They answer the question of"whether it is a good exhibition"from different dimensions.This paper points out the problems in current research and puts forward suggestions on how to optimise the Chinese exhibition evaluation index system by combining the needs of the 21st century and the situation of museums.
