基于实践的科研:对中小博物馆科研工作的思考

中国的博物馆中,中小型博物馆数量多、占比大且发展不平衡,尤其是科研工作方面,主要存在科研人才培养投入不足、科研与日常工作实践脱节两方面问题.本文以相关数据统计为基础进行分析,认为中小博物馆的科研工作可以开辟"新赛道",在丰富的实践经验基础上发展适合中小博物馆自身特点的科研方向.寻求先进理论指导、重视展览教育工作实践、开展多维度的高效合作以及加强科研政策导向力度等四个方面将是未来工作实践中的重点.
Abstract
China has a large number of small and medium-sized museums,which account for a large proportion and unbalanced development.Especially in the scientific research work,there are two main problems:insufficient investment in the training of scientific research personnel and the gap between scientific research and daily practice.Based on relevant data statistics,this paper analyzes that the scientific research work in small and medium-sized museums can open up a"new track"and develop scientific research directions suitable for small and medium-sized museums with rich practical experience.Future work will focus on seeking advanced theoretical guidance,attaching importance to the practice of exhibition education,carrying out multi-dimensional and efficient cooperation,and strengthening the guidance of scientific research policies.
