Attribution of meaning is an urgent issue that needs to be explored in emerging technological innovation.In order to promote the responsible in-novation practice of quantum technology,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the responsible attribution of its innovative meaning.Firstly,the techno-future narrative is an important medium that attributes innovative meaning to quantum technology.Secondly,it is necessary for current and future practices to have a responsible attribution of innovative meaning of quantum technology.Thirdly,the responsible attribution of innovative meaning of quan-tum technology faces many challenges brought by arbitrariness,ambivalence and lack of transparency.Fourthly,in order to address these challenges,we insist a strong dialogue strategy,which advocates a two-way and highly participatory dialogue model;calls for scientists to play the role of"honest bro-ker"in dialogue;encourages the public to play an active narrator role in the dialogue.
