当前中国高质量发展的科学人文赋能机制

摘要
提升发展品级,实现高质量发展,是当前中国社会全面发展的一项重大战略决策.高质量发展既直接表现为发展的效益,也外显为发展的综合性人文取向.然而,其真正内生的策源地则在于文化与科技创新的共生共赢,通过渗透到生产力中凝结成高质量发展的内驱力.就此,当代中国高质量发展急切需要新的人文即科学人文的支撑,中国式现代化也内蕴着"二次结合"中文化内核和文化引领的当代展现之意,近年人工智能所带动的科技创新和理论探点的热议,皆可视为科学人文价值凸显的佐证.因文化作为发展助力融入新质生产力中为高质量赋能,最终旨要归于"人"之发展和素质提升,而这又集中体现在新型的科学人文观上,此为未来科技发展之灵魂.值此纪念"科学与人文"讨论65周年之际,重思"人文"而完成"科学人文"建设,对当前高质量发展语境下的科技良性运行具有根本意义,是自然辩证法实践创新的集中展现.
Abstract
Improving grade development and achieving high-quality development is a major strategic decision for the all-round development of Chinese society.High-quality development is not only directly reflected in the development benefits,but also in the comprehensive humanistic orientation of de-velopment.However,its real endogenous source lies in the symbiosis and win-win situation of culture and scientific and technological innovation,which is penetrated into the productive forces and condensed into the internal driving force of high-quality development.In this regard,the high-quality de-velopment of contemporary China urgently needs the support of new humanities,that is,science and humanities,and Chinese-style modernization also contains the connotation of the"secondary combination"of contemporary display dominated by China's core and culture.Because culture is driven by high quality,integrate into the new quality of productive forces,the ultimate goal is to attribute the development of"people"and the improvement of qual-ity to"people",which is reflected in the new scientific and humanistic outlook,and is the soul of future scientific and technological development.On the occasion of commemorating the 65th anniversary of the discussion on"science and humanities",rethinking"humanities"and completing the construction of"science-humanities"are of fundamental significance to the benign operation of science and technology in the current context of high-quality devel-opment,and a concentrated display of innovation in practice of natural dialectics.
