摘要
在农耕文明、工业文明之后,人类已跨入智能文明时代.近期,以ChatGPT为代表的生成式人工智能引发了新的舆情热议,它背后的生成技术已成为引爆智能革命的关键.当人们用技术憧憬未来时,人类历史上从未有过的风险和挑战却悄然而至.基于此,本文以人工智能生成技术为研究对象,依据技术演化与应用风险之间的时序关联和伴随关联,针对性地提出了嵌入式治理路径和实施原则,为人工智能生成技术的风险治理研究提供了一种新的理论框架和研究向度.
Abstract
Humans have entered the period of intelligent civilization after the agricultural and industrial civilizations.Recently,generative artificial intelli-gence represented by ChatGPT has triggered a new hot public opinion,and the generative techniques behind it has become the key to ignite the intelli-gence revolution.When individuals anticipate a technologically advanced future,hazards and challenges that have never before been experienced by hu-manity have subtly appeared.In light of this,this paper takes the artificial intelligence generative technology as the research object,and proposes the em-bedded governance pathway and implementation principle according to the temporal correlation and co-occur correlation between the convergence of tech-nology and the risk related to its application.This introduces a new theoretical framework and research dimension for the risk governance research of artifi-cial intelligence generative techniques.
