我国高校研究生科技伦理教育体系的构建

高校研究生群体具备良好的科技伦理素养有利于推进科技创新可持续发展以及人类社会和谐传续.当前,我国研究生对科技伦理认知模糊与缺乏完善的科技伦理教育体系相关.从逻辑上看,高校需明确"伦理先行",打造"知识-能力-价值"的三位一体目标体系;推动"交叉融合",搭建以"课程-教材-师资-评价"为核心的教学体系;坚持"规范有序",促进"组织建设和学科建设"共同发展的管理体系;倡导"多元共治",推进"制度建设和支持机制"共育合力的保障体系,以此构建中国特色研究生科技伦理教育体系.回归实践,高校需坚持综合性、系统性、问题导向和本土化原则,按照具体策略推动研究生科技伦理教育高效实施.
Abstract
A good science and technology ethic among postgraduate students in higher education is conducive to the sustainable development of science and technology innovation and the harmonious continuity of human society.At present,China's postgraduates have a vague knowledge of science and technology ethics.This phenomenon is directly related to the lack of a sound education system for science and technology ethics in China.Logistically,colleges and universities should clarifying"ethics first",creating a trinity target system of"knowledge-competence-value";promoting"cross-fertil-isation",and building a teaching system with"curriculum,teaching materials,teachers and evaluation"as the core;adhering to the"normative and or-derly",to promote the formation of"organisational and disciplinary construction"co-development of the management system;advocating"pluralistic and common governance",to promote the"system construction and support mechanisms"to educate the synergy of the protection system.In this way,u-niversities can build a system of postgraduate science and technology ethics education with Chinese characteristics.Returning to practice,colleges and u-niversities need to adhere to the principles of comprehensiveness,systemicity,problem orientation and localisation,and at the same time,colleges and u-niversities need to promote the efficient implementation of postgraduate science and technology ethics education according to specific strategies.
