摘要

存在属于不同国度或地区的地方性知识,地方性知识和不同国度科学家的科学贡献不能得到客观、公平的对待,使讨论、研究自然科学学术话语权问题具有可靠依据并富有现实意义.对自然科学领域地方性知识做多层面的思想史考察,有助于深化对其认识,从而激发更多在此领域开展学术研究的意识与兴趣.前事不忘后事之师,重温我国科学家建立层子模型的诸多努力,总结其中的经验、教训,对于今天提升我国自然科学学术话语权有直接的启发与借鉴意义.考察国内外科技发展史,得到的重要启示是:加强学派建设是提升自然科学学术话语权的根本措施.

Abstract

There are local knowledge belonging to different countries or regions,the local knowledge of different countries and the scientific contribution of scientists from different countries cannot be treated objectively and fairly,which makes the discussion and study of the academic discourse power of natural science have reliable basis and practical significance.A multifaceted ideological history investigation of local knowledge in the field of natural science is helpful to deepen the relatively weak understanding of local knowledge and stimulate more awareness and interest in academic research in this field.This paper reviews the efforts made by Chinese scientists to build the straton model,summarizes the successful experience and the regrettable lessons,which has direct inspiration and reference significance for the promotion of the academic discourse power of natural science in China today.After examining the history of science and technology development at home and abroad,the important enlightenment is that strengthening school construction is an fundamental measure to enhance the academic discourse power of natural science in China.
