计算创造力:人工智能亟待开发的处女地

计算创造力作为人工智能的一个子领域在西方尽管发展迅猛,成果丰硕,但不仅许多具体的研究基础、课题、内容、技术、方法等都处在初创之中,而且其学科性质、目的、任务、方向和发展战略都等着进一步探讨.我国这一领域的研究几近空白,亟待在考察计算创造力的历史进程和主要成就的基础上,发挥大国和文化积淀的优势完成赶上和超越的转身.要如此,当务之急是从AI和哲学上对它的有争论的界定、方向选择和基础性问题展开创造性探讨.计算创造力研究要解决发展中的瓶颈问题,除了要重视硬件、软件技术的升级换代以及内嵌创造力的实时算法开发的突破之外,还应加强对创造力本身的研究,真正弄清要建模的创造力的生成条件、内在机制和深层本质.
Computational Creativity:The Urgently Developing Virgin Territory of Artificial Intelligence
As a sub-field of artificial intelligence,computational creativity is developing rapidly and achieving fruitful results in the West.However,there are not only many specific research bases,topics,contents,technologies and methods still in the early stage,but also its subject nature,purpose,task,direction and development strategy are waiting to be further discussed.Our research in this field is almost blank.It is urgent to make full use of the advantages of culture of big country to catch up and surpass on the basis of examining the historical process and main achievements of computational crea-tivity.To do so,it is imperative to engage in creative discussions about it and its controversial definition,direction choices and foundational questions in AI and philosophy.In order to solve the bottleneck problem in the development of computational creativity research,we should not only pay attention to the upgrading of hardware and software technology and the breakthrough in the development of real-time algorithm embedded with creativity,but also strengthen the research on creativity itself,so as to truly understand the generation conditions,internal mechanism and deep nature of the creativity to be modeled.
