摘要
中国特色工匠精神作为内蕴中华优秀传统文化特质、注重人才培养与精湛技艺传承、坚持实现个人成长与国家发展相统一、兼顾传统优势与现代需求的精神形态,其在经历漫长的历史过程中形成了独特的精神内涵,具备价值引领功能、榜样示范效应、基因传承载体的育人逻辑.因此要通过深化职业教育改革、加强校企合作、推广中国特色现代学徒制、营造尊重工匠、崇尚技能的社会氛围等育人路径,更好发挥和挖掘中国特色工匠精神对专业技能培养、职业道德塑造、坚韧品格形成促进、家国文化理念坚守的育人价值.
Abstract
The craftsmen's spirit with Chinese characteristics is a spiritual form that embodies the fine traditional Chinese cultural characteristics,pays at-tention to the training of talents and the inheritance of exquisite skills,insists on the unity of personal growth and the development of the country,and con-siders both traditional advantages and modern needs.In the long course of history,it has formed a unique spiritual connotation,with value-leading func-tion,model effect,gene carrier of education logic.Therefore,we should deepen the reform of vocational education,strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises,popularize the modern apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics,create a social atmosphere of respecting craftsmen and advocating skills,so as to give full play to and excavate the educational value of craftsmen spirit with Chinese characteristics to the professional skills train-ing,professional ethics molding,the formation and promotion of tenacious character,and the persistence of national cultural ideas.
