论人工智能体的价值设计方法:优势、问题与重构

摘要
价值设计方法认为,人工智能体设计既要考虑技术可行性,也应考察伦理价值要素,是技术实践和价值实践的统一.人工智能体的价值实践要发现并建构相关伦理价值原则,考察伦理情境中的"人""物""环境"等要素及其与人工智能体的价值关系,呈现伦理交互图景.人工智能体技术实践应与价值实践持续互动、反馈,寻求自身合理阈限.应完善人工智能体价值设计方法,增强人工智能体伦理问题结构化、系统性分析以及动态性考察,统筹微观技术性与非技术性价值实践方法使其有效协作,肯定人工智能体与人类以及非人类存在的道德地位及彼此互构,推动人机优化共生.
Abstract
Value-based Design approach argues that the design about artificial agents should consider technical feasibility and examine ethical value fac-tors.By Value-based Design approach,the ethical principles about artificial agents can be constructed,the relationship between artificial agents,human beings,environment and other elements in the ethical context can be investigated.The technical practice about artificial agents should interact effectively with value practice to seek the reasonable thresholds of their own.The Value-based Design approach of artificial agents needs to be improved,the ethical issues of artificial agents should be analyzed structurally,systematically and dynamically.The micro-technical and non-technical value practice meth-ods need to coordinate effectively.Affirming the moral status of artificial agents,human beings and non-human beings,so as to promote the optimal co-existence of artificial agents and human beings.
