跨界开发气候变化课程资源:英国气象局的实践

摘要
将气候变化纳入各国的核心课程已逐渐成为国际共识.气候变化知识的跨学科性,以及教师普遍缺乏开展气候变化教学的知识与能力,是当前各国中小学教育面临的一大挑战.为此,英国气象局开发了一系列免费的气候变化课程资源,而且这些课程资源具有设计形式的灵活性,主题和内容的跨学科性,不同学段的衔接性和目标指向的综合性等特征.英国气象局跨界开发课程资源的实践,对落实可持续发展教育,唤醒社会机构的教育责任以及凸显课程资源的多维价值具有启发意义.
Abstract
Integrating climate change into the core curriculum is a growing consensus of various countries.Due to the interdisciplinary nature of climate change knowledge and the lack of knowledge and skills of teachers,the primary and secondary school teachers have an urgent need for climate change cur-riculum resources.To this end,the UK Met Office has developed a series of free climate change curriculum resources,and these curriculum resources have the characteristics of flexibility in the design form,interdisciplinary themes and content,cohesion of different stages and comprehensive objectives.The practice of Met Office'cross-boundary development of curriculum resources has some enlightenment for implementing sustainable development edu-cation,awakening the educational responsibilities of social institutions,and showcasing the multidimensional value of curriculum resources.
