As one of the stakeholders in the development of AI,the public should undertake the corresponding ethical responsibility,including using AI in accordance with the operating specifications,not using AI for other purposes at will,protecting AI,contributing data and seeking compensation.Be-cause of AI's particularity,the public will inevitably encounter various ethical dilemmas in the process of undertaking ethical responsibility,which re-quires active ethical governance to solve various dilemmas and promote them to make corresponding contributions to the development of AI.
