创新时代国家科技传播体系化发展研究

摘要
科技创新与科技传播是创新发展中互相促进、共生共荣的双轮驱动力.科学技术知识的创新、传播和应用构成科学技术领域的基本现象,现代社会的经济繁荣和文明发展也日益倚重这些活动的成效.但在科技传播的科学交流、技术传播以及公共传播等关键领域,仍旧面临诸多挑战,需要动员足够的社会资源建设高效的国家科技传播体系,保障科学技术的持续进步、科技创新的活跃发展和经济产业的繁荣增长.我们基于创新理论框架和视野,探讨了创新时代科技传播体系化发展的重要性及面临的问题,提出了建设国家科技传播体系的相关建议.
Abstract
Science and technology innovation and science and technology communication are the two driving forces of mutual promotion,symbiosis and common prosperity in the development of innovation.The innovation,dissemination and application of scientific and technological knowledge constitute the basic phenomena in the field of science and technology,and the economic prosperity and civilization development of modem society increasingly depend on the effectiveness of these activities.However,in the key areas of science and technology communication,such as scientific exchange,technology commu-nication and public communication,we still face many challenges,and we need to mobilize enough social resources to build an efficient national science and technology communication system to ensure the continuous progress of science and technology,the active development of scientific and technological innovation and the prosperity and growth of economic industries.Based on the theoretical framework and vision of innovation,this paper discusses the im-portance and problems of the systematic development of national science and technology communication in the era of innovation,and puts forward relevant suggestions for building a national science and technology communication system.
