触摸屏按键设计对交互绩效与用户体验的影响

为了系统考察声音反馈、按键尺寸、按键间距对于触屏交互绩效和负荷的影响,设计开展了2 项试验.30 名和24 名志愿者分别在声音反馈(有/无)和按键尺寸(5,10,20 mm)组合条件,以及按键尺寸(8,11,14,17 mm)和按键间距(1,4 mm)组合条件下开展数字输入任务,记录输入速度、输入准确率和主观评价.结果表明:声音反馈可提升触屏交互绩效,在按键尺寸为5mm时提升效果较明显.按键尺寸方面,10 mm和 20 mm尺寸的触屏交互绩效无显著差异;当按键尺寸减小到8mm时,绩效变差;减小到5mm时,绩效大幅变差;14 mm具有最优的交互绩效和主观满意度.按键间距方面,4 mm间距的触屏输入正确率及主观满意度显著高于1mm间距.综合手指触屏区域宽度的测量数据,推荐最小适宜按键尺寸为 11~14 mm,适宜按键间距为4 mm,并建议在触屏交互中加入按键声音反馈.
Influence of Touch Screen Key Design on Interaction Performance and User Experience
To systematically investigate the effects of sound feedback,button size,and button spac-ing on touchscreen interaction performance and workload,two experiments were designed and con-ducted.In the experiments,30 and 24 subjects were asked to perform the digit input task under the combination condition of sound feedback(with/without)and key size(5 mm,10 mm,20 mm),as well as key size(8 mm,11 mm,14 mm,17 mm)and key spacing(1 mm,4 mm)respectively.The input speed,input accuracy and subjective evaluation data were recorded.The experimental re-sults showed that sound feedback could improve the interaction performance of the touch screen,es-pecially for the 5 mm key size condition.In terms of key size,there was no significant difference in the performance indexes between 10 mm and 20 mm key size conditions.When the key size de-creased to 8mm,the performance became worse.When the key size was reduced to 5 mm,the per-formance deteriorated significantly.The 14 mm key size had the best interaction performance and subjective satisfaction.In terms of key spacing,the input accuracy and subjective satisfaction of the touch screen under the condition of 4 mm key spacing were significantly higher than that of 1mm.Based on the experimental results and subsequent measurement of the width of the touch screen con-tact area,it is recommended that the minimum suitable key size is 11~14 mm,and the suitable key spacing is 4 mm,and sound feedback is recommended to be provided with touch screen interactions.
