针对航天发射场某次任务执行过程中某控制落地柜进线双电源投切装置(ATSE)动作的故障问题展开研究.首先,通过结合现场现象和监测数据,将故障原因定位于大容量电机启动引起上端母线电压降低;然后,采用阻抗分压原理,对故障发生时的母线电压降进行了理论分析,计算结果与ATSE动作阈值相吻合,使用ETAP软件对电机启动时母线电压降进行了仿真分析,结果与理论分析基本一致;最后,通过调整设备启动顺序,重新设置ATSE动作阈值,使ATSE动作阈值下限躲过大容量电机启动时母线电压下限,该电机即可正常启动,同时也降低了对其他负载的影响.
Calculation and Simulation Analysis of Bus Voltage Drop when Large Capacity Motor Starts at Launch Site
In this paper,the fault problem of an automatic transfer switching equipment(ATSE)de-vice controlling the floor cabinet in the course of a mission at the space launch site is studied.Com-bining the field phenomenon and the monitoring data,the fault cause is located in the large-capacity motor start-up caused by the upper end of the bus voltage reduction.Based on the principle of im-pedance voltage division,the bus voltage drop when the fault occurs is analyzed and calculated theo-retically,and the calculated results are in agreement with the ATSE operating threshold.The ETAP software is used to simulate the bus voltage drop when the motor starts,and the analysis results are basically consistent with the theoretical calculation results.Finally,by adjusting the starting se-quence of the equipment,the ATSE action threshold is reset,so that the lower limit of the ATSE ac-tion threshold could exceed the lower limit of the bus voltage when the large-capacity motor starts,the motor can start normally,and the impact on other loads is reduced.
