Design and Verification of Maintainability of Extravehicular Electronic Equipment for Space Station
A large number of electronic equipment is equipped outside the China Space Station to a-chieve communication,control,power supply and distribution,thermal control and other functions.The maintainability design of these electric equipment becomes an essential method to ensure the long-term on-orbit operation of the space station.Aiming at the difficulties of extravehicular mainte-nance,the extravehicular general maintainability design method of the electronic equipment was put forward.Taking the extravehicular electronic device as an example,the mechanical design,electri-cal design,assembly layout design and other aspects of the maintenance design and maintenance verification were introduced in detail.In addition the accuracy and feasibility of the general design method were verified through a series of maintenance verification tests.
