基于互信息的警觉度脑网络特性研究

航天员在轨执行任务时需要保持高警觉度状态,以便保持工作效率,避免事故发生.大脑网络连接与人类的认知密切相关,包括警觉度、注意和记忆等,表征大脑机制与状态.分析和研究不同警觉度水平下大脑网络机制可以为警觉度实时检测、分类研究以及快速提高警觉度水平提供有力工具.通过精神运动警觉性任务与 3-back任务相结合构建警觉度下降模型,并全程采集脑电信号,采用互信息构建功能性脑网络,基于图论分析不同警觉度水平大脑网络变化情况.结果表明:大脑额区及枕区与警觉度密切相关,随着警觉度水平下降,大脑功能连接减少,大脑对外界信息分化和整合能力降低,信息传递效率降低,大脑活跃度降低.
Characteristics of Alertness Brain Network Based on Mutual Information
To maintain high performance and to avoid accidents,astronauts must maintain a high state of alertness when performing missions in orbit.Brain network connectivity is closely related to human cognition,including alertness,attention and memory.The analysis and study of brain net-work mechanism under different alertness levels can provide a powerful tool for real-time detection of alertness and rapid improvement of alertness levels.The combination of psychomotor vigilance task and 3-back task was used to reduce alertness,and signals of electroencephalography were collected throughout the process.Mutual information was used to build the functional brain networks,and changes in brain networks at different levels of alertness were analyzed based on graph theory.The result showed that the frontal and occipital region of brain were closely related to alertness.In the state of low alertness,the functional connections of the brain decrease,the ability of the brain to dif-ferentiate and integrate external information decreased,the efficiency of information transmission de-creased,and the brain activity decreased.
