医院自主科研课题结题绩效评估指标体系的实证研究

摘要
目的:通过实际应用效果评价中日友好医院自主科研课题结题绩效评估指标体系.方法:应用指标体系评估项目绩效,以绩效评价结果为数据基础,评价可信度、可区分度、相关度,反映指标体系合理性,通过专家离散率评价可信度可区分度的可靠性.结果:指标体系评价项目得分服从正态分布,指标体系可区分度95.44,可信度60.13,计划执行、实际产出、产出预期间无相关性,显示指标体系合理.结论:中日友好医院自主科研课题结题绩效评估指标体系实际应用合理可行.
Abstract
Objective:To assess the feasibilty of the performance evaluating system for scientific research projects supported by China-Japan Friendship Hospital.Methods:The performance of the twelve hospital projects in the conclusion stage was evaluated by applying the system.On the basis of the assessment score,the credibility,discriminant validity and correlation were used to evaluate the rationality of the system.The reliability of credibility and discriminant validity were assessed by deviation rate of reviewers scores.Results:The scores calculated by index system was normal distribution.The discriminant validity the credibility of the system were 95.44 and 60.13.No correlation was found among plan execution,actual output,expected output,suggesting the system was reasonable.Conclusion:The performance of evaluating system for evaluating the hospital supported projects in the conclusion stage is reasonable and feasible.
