Clinical effect of Yifei Wenyang plaster on patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and its influence of inflammatory factors
Objective:To explore the effect of Yifei Wenyang plaster on clinical efficacy and inflammatory factors of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)Methods:AE-COPD patients admitted to the Pulmonary Disease Department of Zhengzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to June 2022 were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group with 50 cases each.The control group received simple westem medicine treatment,while the experimen-tal group received westem medicine treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint applica-tion.Record the clinical efficacy rates,levels of inflammatory factors,and adverse reactions of two groups of patients before and after treatment for comparison.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the exper-imental group(96.0％,48/50)was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.0％,36/50)(P＜0.05),the levels of CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 were significantly lower in the experimental group than those in the con-trol group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Yifei Wenyang plaster combined with westem medicine can effectively reduce inflammatory reaction and improve clinical efficacy.
