河北省应急避难场所空间分布特征及影响因素分析

摘要
应急避难场所建设是提高全社会防灾减灾能力和有效应对突发事件的重要措施之一.为了探索河北省应急避难场所空间分布特征及影响因素,搜集河北省应急避难场所分布数据,采用变异系数、不平衡指数、空间基尼系数和全局莫兰指数等多种方法探究河北省应急避难场所空间分布特点;利用地理探测器等方法分析空间分布影响因素.研究表明:河北省应急避难场所的空间分布在市域和地理区域尺度对比上呈均衡分布,在整体上呈现聚集态势,具有"大分散、小集聚"的特点;应急避难场所的空间分布受地形因素、人口因素、经济因素和城市建设等多种因素共同影响,其中,地形因素影响程度最大.
Abstract
Emergency shelter construction is one of the important measures to enhance the disaster prevention and mitigation capabilities of the entire society and effectively respond to emergencies.In order to explore the spatial distribution characteristics and influencing factors of emergency shelters in Hebei Province,data on the distribution of emergency shelters in Hebei Province were collected.Various methods such as coefficient of variation,imbalance index,spatial Gini coefficient,and global Moran's index were used to explore the spatial distribution characteristics of emergency shelters in Hebei Province.Methods such as geographic detectors were utilized to analyze the influencing factors of spatial distribution.The basic conclusion is that the spatial distribution of emergency shelters in Hebei Province shows a balanced distribution at the urban and geographical regional scales,presenting an overall clustering trend,and exhibiting characteristics of large dispersion and small clustering.The spatial distribution of emergency shelters is influenced by various factors such as topographical,demographic,economic,and urban development factors,among which topographical factors have the greatest impact.
