中国三大城市群绿色技术合作空间演化及其碳减排效应

科技全球化及全球气候变暖背景下,绿色技术合作共享成为绿色低碳转型的重要途径。综合运用Dagum基尼系数等空间分析方法及面板回归模型,探讨了中国三大城市群2006-2021年绿色技术合作的时空动态格局、区域差异演化、空间集聚特征以及碳减排效应。研究发现:(1)城市群绿色技术专利联合申请量不断增长,绿色技术合作稳步发展。从城市群绿色技术合作类型来看,本地合作专利数量占比较大,城际合作遵循"中心城市引力效应",以省会城市及直辖市间联系为主。(2)三大城市群绿色技术合作差距缩小,绿色技术合作空间均衡性提高,主要核心城市多极化发展,绿色技术合作轴线凸显,但区域绿色技术创新协同发展仍待进一步提高。(3)三大城市群绿色技术合作能力碳减排效应显著,绿色技术合作有效实现创新资源高效流通及风险共担,满足低碳转型的需要,推动产业提质增效,促进碳减排。
Spatial evolution of green technology cooperation among three major urban agglomerations in China and its carbon emission reduction effect
Under the background of science and technology globalization and global warming,green technology cooperation and sharing has become an increasingly critical pathway for green and low-carbon transformation.The study comprehensively applies spatial analysis meth-ods such as the Dagum Gini coefficient and panel regression model to investigate the spatial and temporal dynamic patterns,regional differences in the evolution,spatial agglomeration characteristics,and carbon emission reduction effects of green technology cooperation among the three major urban agglomerations in China from 2006 to 2021.The study finds that:(1)The number of joint patent applications for green technologies in urban agglomerations has been growing,and green technology cooperation has been developing steadily.In terms of the types of green technology cooperation among the urban agglomerations,the number of local coopera-tion patents is far ahead,intercity cooperation follows the"central city gravitational effect",with links between provincial capitals and municipalities directly under the central govern-ment as the main focus.(2)The gap of green technology cooperation among the three urban agglomerations was narrowed,the spatial balance of green technology cooperation was im-proved,the main core cities were multipolar,and the axis of green technology cooperation was highlighted,but the synergistic development of regional green technology innovation still needs to be further improved.(3)The carbon emission reduction effect of green technology cooperation capacity among the urban agglomerations is remarkable,and green technology cooperation ef-fectively achieves the efficient circulation of innovation resources and risk sharing,further meets the needs of low-carbon transformation,enhances industrial quality and efficiency,and promotes carbon emission reduction.
