As an advanced form of productive forces with technological innovation as its core,new quality productive forces are naturally aligned and closely related to intellectual property rights(IPR).IPR,driven by the promotion of technological innovation and economic growth,is an irreplaceable mechanism for advancing new quality productive forces.To effectively promote the development of new quality productive forces and support a stable and sustainable modem economic system,the development of the IP sector should adhere to the core principle of"protecting innovation"and integrate deeply with the new development concept,further improve the"original and disruptive"technological achievements,optimize the mechanisms for the transformation and application of these achievements,and focus on cultivating a high-end,interdisciplinary innovative IP talents.
