The coordinated development of technology finance and intellectual property(IP),supporting technological and industrial innovation,is a practical requirement for the development of new quality productive forces.The consistency of policy tool characteristics,correlation of resource allocation functions,and compatibility of capital attributes between technology finance and IP constitute the basic logic of the collaborative mechanism.Under the goal of developing new productive forces,this collaborative mechanism is transformed into a mechanism for promoting development.Technology and finance provide financial support for the development of new productive forces,while IP provides institutional protection from the perspective of the rule of law.In future development,it is necessary to further improve the collaborative mechanism between technology finance and IP at the policy level,including establishing a legal system for technology finance and IP,innovating technology finance and IP service models,and improving the IP value evaluation system,in order to promote the development of new productive forces.
