The commercialization of open source projects has matured,with the economic interests of contributors becoming increasingly important.Based on the different contribution forms,degrees,and use conditions,a relatively complicated system of claims have been formed among the contributors of open source projects.The contractual claim and copyright claim of open-source project contributors are the most common rights.They involve the discussions on numerous issues such as the attribution of copyright,the nature of open source software works and the scope of contributor rights,the calculation of damages and liability for breach of license,the determination of liability for open sourcing in violation of closed source confidentiality agreements,and whether free pricing constitutes unfair competition.There are potential situations where rights abused among open-source project contributors.Open source projects are not simply about being free or charged;they involve more complicated licensing and business models that require fair and effective judicial rules.
