Accelerating the development of new quality productive forces(NQPF)is a contemporary challenge and theoretical proposition of intellectual property(IP).NQPF and IP share a profound congruence,manifested in the following ways:innovation is the underlying force driven both NQPF and IP;the formation and development of NQPF"requires"IP,which ensures the technological revolution and institutional innovation of NQPF from both technological and institutional dimensions.From the perspective of NQPF,the main IP paradigms currently proposed by academics fail to grasp the precise nature of the object of IP.Taking"things of creation"as the concept of all IP objects and the pattern for judging IP objects can deepen the sophisticated cognition of IP issues as well as highly align with the theoretical needs of NQPF development.To form and develop NQPF,it is recommended to shape a new production structure compatible with the innovation economy,actively cultivate new industries that continuously release NQPF and design comprehensive IP protection strategy for NQPF elements.
