Navya-nyāya in India has its unique logical diversity because of the vyāpti theory,which is embodied in many aspects of the logic of Navya-nyāya.First,the accurate def-inition of the concept of vyāpti serves as the basis of the study of Navya-nyāya logic.Second,Navya-nyāya logical reasoning is grounded on the vyāpti theory.Third,the vyāpti theory demonstrates the time causality of Navya-nyāya.By presenting the above points,we can draw four conclusions.Firstly,vyāpti theory is the core of Navya-nyāya logic.Secondly,the logic reasoning based on the vyāpti theory has distinct Indian na-tional characteristics.Thirdly,the causality based on vyāpti is considered to be an em-pirical invariant sequence.Fourthly,the study of the localization of Navya-nyāya can be included in the study of the history of Chinese logic,and has a positive significance for the construction of the Eastern logic system.
