This paper analyzed the disadvantages of the traditional mode of resource recycling,and the policy basis for the development of the"internet+recycling"model.This paper mainly explored the construction,operation mode and safeguard measures of the internet+resource recycling system,in order to provide useful reference for the transformation and upgrading of the resources recycling industry.
