With the implementation of the National Battle Road in the Yellow River basin,the Binzhou Industrial Park,as a key industrial park along the Yellow River,which has taken on the important task of ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River basin,is facing a once-in-a-lifetime important development opportunity,and also meets many problems:first,water resources are scarce and the water ecological environment governance is difficult;second,financial pressure is heavy,the overall investment in river basin governance is insufficient,and the investment and financing channels are not smooth;third,the investment return mechanism of the ecological management project is not perfect,the ability of hematopoiesis is insufficient,and the operation of sustainable development is difficult.In order to solve these problems,the Binzhou industrial park is exploring the implementation of Eco-environment-Oriented Development(EOD)model to promote integrated green development of the park.
